Features

Edge Heating Systems are designed to be added below the galvanneal heating assembly. The UNIEDGE™ Heating System supplies additional heat to the edges of the strip which homogenizes strip temperature prior to galvannealing. Other advantages include:

  • Accommodates varying strip width without mechanical adjustment
  • Includes proprietary preassembled design for the UNIEDGE™ induction edge heater which minimizes installation and commissioning time
