Advantages of Acutrak Aluminium Melting Systems
Automatic control system increases the metal temperature to the set point entered. After that by decreasing the power around 5%, it keeps the metal at a fixed temperature. Cost of holding the metal hot is very low. The holding consumption is 15kWs/ton.
Acutrak transmits energy directly to the ladle and the metal inside, therefore eliminates the need for brittle resistance wires and fuel burners. High power density (150kW/ton) enables fast melting. The melting consumption is 400kWs/ton.
Clean induction energy ensures extremely clean/homogenous metal and exact temperature control. Almost there is no flue gas. Metal loss is in minimum.
Acutrak furnaces are integrated and very easily commissioned.

Durable construction of Acutrak ensures high safety. The only hot element in the system is the ladle containing the melted metal.
The diameter of the Wide-Bodied Acutrak Furnace is wide for easy charging and discharging.
Energy losses in the air cooled Acutrak aluminium melting system are low not to require a water cooling system. All elements are air cooled.
