Inductotherm, which has been producing heating and melting systems for sectors such as automotive, casting, forging, iron-steel and heat treatment since 1990 in Turkey, has produced the heating system with the greatest power ever produced in Turkey for the steel forging industry.
MSK Steel Forging, which has been operating in Bursa for more than 45 years and is one of the largest companies in Turkey in its sector, has chosen Inductotherm Turkey again for the wedge heating system need in its production facility. The 1250 kW – 3 kHz Inductoforge Steel Wedge Heating system, which was ordered for the new investment of MSK Çelik Forging, which worked with Inductotherm Turkey on various heating systems in the past years, was commissioned without any problems.
This fully automatic system can operate at every stage of the forging process without the need for manpower. Material input and output to the machine can also be done completely automatically with the hydraulic box tilting (Bin Tipper) and automatic loading (Step Feeder) systems. The automatic loading machine was asked to feed and heat every four seconds, and the 1250 kW – 3 kHz machine fulfilled this demand without difficulty.
