ORS – Ortadoğu Rulman A.Ş., which is Turkey’s only and the world’s leading bearing manufacturer and added new ones to its Ankara Polatlı facilities, preferred Inductotherm Group Turkey for the heating system it will add to the Sakamura brand horizontal forging machine, its new investment in the forging production facility!
Inductotherm Group, which produced and commissioned 1000 kW, 2200 kW and 3750 kW bar heating systems for steel forging and rolling applications for various companies in previous years, started to operate without any problems at ORS Rulman production facilities, the first bar heating system compatible with Sakamura press in Turkey. The system, which was put into use at the beginning of 2021, carries out the heating process of the rods without any problems, and continues to operate extremely efficiently and quickly.
1500 kW – 3 kHz Inductoforge Rod Heating System (Bar Heater) produced by Inductotherm Group Turkey; While it surpassed the equivalent machines with its energy efficiency, trouble-free operation and quality, it also contributed to the country’s economy with the machine production in its factory in Turkey.
The fact that the systems offered by Inductotherm Group Turkey through its sister companies abroad in previous years are now produced in Turkey with the efforts of Turkish engineers and workers, is very important in terms of emphasizing the point where Inductotherm Group Turkey’s production power has come.
